So a friend had recommended this tea for a good night's sleep. I have never slept better. The flavour and smell of rose is not overtly strong or overpowering, just the perfect level of mild. If you brew it too strong, it would taste slightly bitter. I steep it for less than a minute, and then use the bag for another cup. I am in love with this herbal tea. I feel so refreshed upon waking up, and I always look forward to the time after dinner when I can have this tea again. ❤️ Thank you Gaia.
