I was in a season of warfare when I purchased this book. It was very informative, biblically sound, and full of research. I loved how the author showed awareness of other spiritual practices, myths, and folklore - without generalizing it as demonic (although we know that is the origin). This book will remain a point of reference when it comes to warfare and the marine kingdom.

I knew a little bit about water spirits before this and the marine kingdom but Jennifer Leclaire a much-needed clarity on the subject. With a biblical basis for each topic, this is an absolute must-read!

The book was very informative. It taught me about things I was not aware of. The different sections were helpful.

I appreciate Jennifer LeClaire's willingness to look silly writing a book on this topic. Even moreso, I honor her tenacity in knowing the Word of God and her relationship with Jesus. This book does not stray from Scripture; it actually elucidates a type of subtle battle that has gone on without many of us realizing it. Ms. LeClaire points out for our understanding some excellent examples where God Himself fought water spirits and won. I had never known Dagon was a fish god. This is the same Dagon-fish god whose statue is in the form of a man dressed as a fish with a "fish hat" (similar to the kind worn by the Popes) and who was thrown down with its arms and legs cut off when the Statue of the Unknown God (YHWH) was put in Dagon's temple. God knew that water spirit was no match with His authority and promptly showed us this lesson as well. When we bring God's holy presence with us, as we hide in Christ and are in His timing, there is no power that can stand against the work of Christ's Kingdom advancing. Thank you, Ms. LeClaire for putting another tool in our tool-belt.

I have lived in a region with rampant activities of water spirits(Benin City west Africa). I Used to wonder why they were so many. In churches, choirs(they loved singing and dancing) and homes. This books even throws more light in a wider range operation of these nuisance beings. How I wish a lot of believers will step out of their comfort zone and study topics with authors with lots of experience like Jennifer.I highly recommend this and other books.

I have heard prophets speak of 'marine spirits' and I lacked knowleddge/understanding of these spirits. I wanted to go deeper and learn. Through a teaching on marine spirits on YouTube, this book was highly reccommended. I read it in 2 days and was amazed at the 'aha moments' I had. Thank you Jennifer for committing to The Lord to write this book! I have to confess that the enemy tried to tempt me with fear, BUT, Holy Spirit squashed that in a second saying, "I've given you knowledge and knowledge yields power. Reading it once is NOT enough to fill the hunger The Lord has placed in me. Thanks again Jennifer and may God continue to bless/use you and your ministry.
