Spongease Microgreens Grow Kit - 3 Trays, 3 Seed Packs and 3 Quarts Coco Coir Soil

The only issue I had with the product is that I followed directions on the first one. Instead of putting the seeds on the soil and spraying them, soak them for 12-24 hours, drain, then follow the directions.All three were harvest-able within a week (the one I didn't soak was harvest-able, just fairly sparse)The trays are a LITTLE flimsy, but they are the perfect size for me I purchased a second set so I would have three more, and will probably buy a third set eventually so that I can do fresh greens every day of the week, and have different ones.The price is good, the sample seeds are good, trays would be GREAT if they were slightly less flimsy.

This is a nice kit and I love the size of the trays and I will be reusing them to grow more microgreens. The first seed pack I tried didn't do so well and I didn't soak the seeds first but the second seed pack I used I soaked the seeds for about 6 hours and they grew like crazy, it came out great. So if you purchase this set then make sure to soak the seeds first and you will love the results you get. I think this kit would be perfect for kids to get them to learn about microgreens and they might even eat them since they would feel like it was something they grew themselves.

Nearly 1/2 the sprouts in each container died off before they could be harvested.

The description says 3 QUARTS of coco substrate (soil) what they sent me fits in about half of a Quart! 3 seed trays of greens I doubt would be enough for 1 salad! This is good for kids to learn how to grow seeds, but if you're buying this to use as a food source, the 3 full trays of growing greens would make ONE smoothie. Then wait another week or more for a sandwich or salad topping. Very disappointed in this "Kit", it's tiny & $$$ for what you get IMO. The size of each tray is about the size of an outstretched hand. & the trays & covers are very flimsy, thin like grocery store bakery goods plastic. I'm just going to use plastic containers leftover from take out. Most Thai & Chinese take out has bigger & much more sturdy plastic black rectangular bottoms & clear thick plastic tops that the main dish comes in for a food delivery.

I love this entire set and we are still reusing the trays for more microgreens.

Easy to use, and a very nutritional way to stay on top of your diet.

I love this kit. It's great to grow my own microgreens and everything ready to go.
