EDIT: 11-21-21 What on green earth did you do to the recipe? The mayonnaise suddenly tastes terrible now. I opened an expired jar (August) which was recently sent and it tasted better then the new pack i received that expires on April of 2022. Why oh why can't you simply follow the 100 year old recipe as it was written? If you did, this mayonnaise would not taste the way it does. Yuck! EDIT 11-21-21 I think it's good but slightly different from the 100 year old recipe. I would think using organic ingredients would make it taste better or the same as the original at the very least! Also, does organic really need to cost so much more or is it a gimmick to make folks not buy it? Instead of attacking your competitors and putting them out of business (just mayo) you should've thought about your customers health years ago and offered us a healthier product first! Please remove the soy from the product! Why are you trying to phase out a100 year old name?

I really wanted to like this. Plain old Hellmann's mayo is my favorite. This stuff is NOT simply an organic version of the same recipe. I won't pretend to understand what's going on, but the taste is less tart, and more gamey. Like the difference between white meat chicken, and dark meat chicken, if that makes sense. The texture is much thinner. Less of a colloid, and more of a pudding. Just overall inferior. Tastes like off-brand mayo often does.

I like this product BUT I ordered the 6 bottles so I would have them for a while. I was sent 6 bottles WIth A 2month expirtion date!!!!! This is not acceptable and I am disappointed that they must be used by this January!!!!!! I will not reorder from this source again.
