Finally pre-stuffed confetti balloons!
Finally some pre-stuffed confetti balloons! The last pack I ordered for my daughter's birthday were NOT pre-stuffed (little did I know) and I was up too late the night prior to her birthday using some choice language as I tried to use a little paper funnel to get confetti into each balloon. This is so much better! And the balloons are top quality and size. 10 of them are pre-stuffed with confetti plus 6 additional balloons and they can be filled with air or helium. Helium obviously allows them to flit, but I also did a few with air and taped them to the wall as part of a photo backdrop.
