Works well for this solo rider.
I wasn't expecting much out of this but I was pretty impressed. Installation was easy. Sound quality is adequate for riding. No problems or complaints with the call quality. Most people don't realize i'm riding when they call. The speakers are not going to win any awards, but they are perfectly good for riding. Sound is loud enough with ear plugs in to just hear and makeout the music on the interstate at 75mph. Thats with a loud helmet and good wind blast. Plenty good enough for riding.3 complaints are:1. holding the button to turn it on/off is a pain. Its impossible to feel with gloves on and when turning it off, you have to listen for the beep. It seems to finally turn off after about 8 seconds of holding the button. Seems like a long time No outside indicator the power is off. Easy to deal with, just a minor annoyance.2.Battery life. I get about 4-5 hours on the battery. Which is normally more than enough for a single ride, but it often dies on my second or third ride because the battery life is so short. You almost have to plug the unit in after every ride. This leads me into the next minor issue.3. Charging cable is proprietary. Don't lose it. Do not leave home on a trip without it. It needs to, at very least be micro USB or better yet, USB-C.Overall, I am happy with the product. The cons listed are minor in comparison to the joy it brings me being able to listen to my music and talk to people who call during my rides. It works as intended and besides the minor annoyances. Its a good product for the price.

Very nice quality for the price(prime day price)
These are very nice and easy to install and sound great, they are loud enough to be heard over a headwind at 50mph. 5 stars.

Works well
Works pretty darn good. Can chat about 1/4 mile from each other as long as your in a line of sight. Use this off roading but crest a dune and it loses connection. It’s very clear but initial setup was a bit tricky and had to be precise with timing. Only bummer was one of the mics sent didn’t work but it came with two and the big fuzzy one cut out a lot of wind noise in my Mc helmet setup. The battery lasted about 3 40 minute rides before needing to be recharged.

Good value headset
Pros: good clear sound, when talking and listening to music, can hear it nicely even over my Harley slip ons, works good and easy to useCons: Be sure to turn it on when its quiet, ya cant hear it power up via the voice prompt that lets you know its on when youre riding. The prompting voice needs to be louder so you can tell when youre voice dialing etc. I have mine mounted on side of my helmet and the wind noise is annoying from it blowing against the unit.

Call quality
The music quality is great but call quality not so much. Even in full face helmet the mike picks up 90% of wind noise.

I love it!! Sleek, looks expensive and has features like it should be
Excellent, stop looking here! Easy install, great price, and sounds Great. Best features to me are that it’s easily detachable to recharge and last for days. Also sound quality is great. I used it in a modular helmet so trying to talk on the phone the caller hears a constant echo but hey shouldn’t be on the phone on the bike anyway so really doesn’t bother me. An same if using talki mode between riders so a modular helmet if you like to communicate while riding might not be for you. People always say “oh you spending some money on that” when they see it and literally only $45 it’s a great deal an great product!!

Works great
Works perfect. Give me directions from my iPhone plays music. It’s pretty loud and I can talk to other riders hasn’t failed me yet and the battery last for a week.

Broke After One Use
I have had the FreedConn TCOM on my personal motorcycle helmet for about a year and a half at this point, and for the price, I thought it worked very well and liked it. In preparation for this summer, I purchased another FreedConn for my passenger helmet, which I installed and used once to make sure it worked. Taking it out of the closet two months later, to use it a second time, I am no longer able to turn it on and even tried everything in the troubleshooting manual/FAQ too. There is really no way to contact the seller/manufacturer (on the FreedConn website you can submit a question with your email, but they never got back to me...). Needless to say, after one use it is not working anymore, and I am not able to contact anybody regarding getting a replacement. Since my other helmet has this Comm as well, guess I will have to buy another one AGAIN. Not happy, as I was sent a defective Comm, had my money wasted, and was not able to get in touch with anybody regarding getting a working one sent.
