These are expensive. But they are a great tool for dieting! They taste good and have a great texture. A normal cupcake this size would easily be 100 calories or more. Plus they have a good protein to calorie ratio. They’re a perfect little treat to have before bed to stave off those evening hunger/cravings. Or if you want a tiny something sweet after dinner, but are watching your calories.The best flavor is raspberry cream. Followed by chocolate. Then cinnamon. The lemon has a bit of an odd aftertaste. It’s not terrible, but not as good as the others.Overall, if you are willing to spend the money, I think you’ll like them. I’m happy I tried them out!

I love it all. Buns , cookies,cakes, pound cake and muffins.. I order on a regular basis. I’m diabetic and none of it raises my blood sugar. Tastes amazing . Cookies are chewy and moist.. cakes, muffins and pound cakes are moist . High quality for the money and big sizes.

The Cinnamon and Chocolate flavors are diabetic-friendly and taste great, but I wish they were more affordable, since 5 dollars per pack adds up quickly. On the other hand, the Raspberry and Lemon flavors are not diabetic-friendly, and they can cause significant blood sugar spikes, so diabetics should be careful with the fruit flavors.

Yes it tasted fresh, it states on the box to freeze as soon as you receive it. But I decided to open it and taste it. So yes it was delicious/low in calorie/ the size of a small cupcake and it has lots of cinnamon which is great. Yet I couldn't give it 5 stars because yes it is expensive, there were blank areas inside the "cake" and some of the "cake" was so stuck to the paper that you have to peel the cake off the paper or between the blank spots and the loss of the paper it definitely makes it less of a serving. I gave it 3 stars for the deliciousness. Will I buy again? I don't know.

The review I’m submitting is not for the chocolate smart cakes. I’m writing this review for the lemon smart cakes. First, let me say that when I received the chocolate smart cakes they were dry, flaky and not fresh. I had ordered the lemon ones previously and they were amazing. I contacted smart cakes and let them know my problem with my chocolate smart cake order. The company immediately went into good customer service mood and offered to replace my order. I didn’t want to take a chance with the chocolate ones again, just yet. I asked them to replace the chocolate with the lemon ones. I received the replacement order in a few days. Kudos to you Smart Cakes!!!! I will definitely try the chocolate ones again at a later date since Smart Cakes stand behind their product. Thank you Smart Cakes for the love and hugs in superb customer service at this time as our country struggle toward normalcy.On weight watchers, smart cakes are only 1 point. I bought myself a sampler box of these for my birthday in May. I was blown away. Then, I bought this box of chocolate ones as a treat for myself, and I was still blown away. The great thing, and the problem is that they fit so perfectly well into my diet. They taste great, they're convenient and I can actually eat them. I spend most of my day agonizing over planning the next day's food (I am on a very restricted diet and have been for four years) and making a treat fit in nearly impossible aside from these guys. The only issue is the price. I have spent the past few months trying to find something comparable in calories and overall nutrition that costs less and tastes as good. There's no competition. Literally. If you think you've found something better or the same for less, then it probably has a sneaky ingredient you weren't expecting in there or they'll discontinue it soon. At least these exist for when I can treat myself.

If you freeze them as soon as they are delivered, they will stay moist. The have a good flavor and texture. I like strawberries with the vanilla and for a more fancy dessert I use a tabl of cool whip and smuckers sugar free caramel sauce with the chocolate. So good.

when you eat 2 they are high in protien and fiber...and only 78 cals!! big downfall is they are so expensive, over $5.00 for just one package , buy they taste great
