I like this glucosamine/chondroitin capsule formulation---especially because it works for me to take two capsules together for 1,000/800 mg daily as a dose (instead of three capsules for the 1,500/1,200 mg dose listed on the bottle). Also, the capsules are easy to swallow with liquid. I give this product five out of five stars.

I have been taking this product for years but more specifically this manufacturer in the last couple of years. I feel this is an excellent daily supplement, especially if you take it as directed (3 times a day). The price can some times be matched in the health food store or occasionally slightly lower than Amazon but it is more convenient for me to purchase it through online through Amazon. The real question is do I have any proof this product helps my joints. I feel that it does and when I have periods of time when I do not take it I feel that my joints creak and ache more but I really do not know for sure. I would rather take these supplements than not to be as good to my body as I can.

I chose this kind because it is capsules instead of tablets. I've been pleased with it. I just take one capsule a day it helps keep my joints from aching. Update: Discovered it has rice flour in it and I'm on a Paleo diet and not supposed to have rice.

Some capsules have only half the volume of others, I even emptied it out to check. Otherwise it's good, helps a lot with joint aches

I really like the capsules versus tablets. They are so much easier to swallow. This option is a great value for the cost.
