Bee Pollen Complex is an excellent supplement to enhance total body health. This product is easy to swallow, neutral tasting and rich in body nutrients. You must be consistent in taking them and enhance your wellness/fitness goals.

I dont know if I am getting any benefit from taking the pills, as I feel no difference that I have been taking for about a week now. I need to read up more on the benefits to see if I am just not recognizing them. The taste is actually good and is easy to swallow even though they are kinda large.

I tried another brand of Bee Pollen w/Royal Jelly & Propolis, now I am hooked. I have had a runny nose and felt like I was coming down with something for the past week. Everyone is sick, everywhere I go, so it's hard to avoid catching something. I had run out of the other brand and since this is on auto-ship, I signed up. I took one as soon as my order arrived and my nose stopped running. It does taste a little funky, but the results are well worth it. I even give one a day to my dogs.

Have been using bee pollen for over 40 yrs. Would not miss a day. My doctor was not familiar with it. But, told me to stay on it. It works.
