Only bought because the answers said you get a UK plug with it (you get an EU plug)
Okay so here's the thing. It works great (I have only tested it once though). It is a very silent PSU, I mean, you literally can not hear it at all.The only reason I have given it 1 star less is because all the answers said it comes with a UK plug, but it did not. Not sure whose fault it is. Where I am it is very difficult to find the right plugs. I would really appreciate it if I am sent the right plug, I am willing to send the EU plug back to the seller. I also can not seem to contact the seller too, which is why I am writing this review

Does what it says on the tin: very quiet PSU.
I bought the 500W version of this PSU to replace a Corsair CX550M which was perfectly fine but was definitely the loudest component in my system. I was expecting the sound level to drop when I installed this, but the difference was truly remarkable. It is virtually silent now when under low load, which is the most critical time when I want the least noise (when watching videos or working quietly). I have a Noctua U12 air cooler on a Ryzen 2600X and an EVGA FTW2 1070 Ti along with three NZXT case fans and I can barely tell the system is running now when it's idle. If you want a silent or near-silent PSU then this certainly ticks the boxes. The PSU itself is semi-modular, and at least on the 500W model (and up I presume) the pair of 8 pin power cables for the GPU are separate (instead of one cable that splits into two connectors like some power supplies).Mine came with a Euro plug in the box, so you may want to ensure you have a UK lead handy if you're buying this in the UK.

Great while it lasted!
Very quiet! It was easily the quietest PSU I’ve ever had. The rifle bearing fan made zero motor noise, no clicking or whining like other models I’ve had in the past. The only thing you could occasionally hear is the air moving in when under load but that’s perfectly acceptable and unavoidable ...BUT.. my specific model had a fault and was making a lot of noise like something was shorting out inside, so I’m in the process of returning it for a different bequiet! Model. Thankfully I don’t need to worry as amazon stepped in with their excellent customer and I should have my replacement tomorrow, hence why I only taken away one star, otherwise I would have rated it much lower. Conclusion, Amazon have saved the day again hence why I will give this particular brand another go, as I’m sure if I have any problems amazon will sort it out and the power supply was great when it ran. A shame really, but maybe mine was just a single dud out of thousands working ones.

Good PSU but limited modular selection
First up, this is a nice quiet PSU and I'm happy with how it performs. However the choice of drive cables is a bit weird. You get three drive cables - the first has 3x SATA. The second has 2x SATA, 1x Molex, 1x Floppy. The third has 1x SATA, 3x Molex.Basically if you have more than three SATA drives or a Corsair lighting/fan controller, you end up having to use all the cables to get enough SATA power - which defeats the purpose of being modular!

Very quiet fan, high quality PSU with plenty of connectors
I was worried about how much noise this fan would make, so went for a PSU with a bit more power than required. If the PSU is not being used to full capacity, then it will reduce the fan speed by a bit. A little pricey compared to other fans but better value than the going market rate in comparable shops. You get what you pay for in PC fans and this is made to a very high quality. The first time, I have ever installed a PSU that fitted in first time, without having to add or modify any of the power connectors. This PSU has all all the power connectors that you will ever need for old and new PCs.

This modular BeQuiet PSU offers best quality for the money.
This modular BeQuiet PSU offers best quality for the money. The flexible plug-ins cables are very clever and easy to use.It allow to install only necessary cables making the whole casemore free for necessary modules.THe PSU is very quite and works very stably as always BeQuite. The only one thing missing is more cables with SATA power plugsinstead old Molex plugs.

Fan noise
After a month the fan started making ticking noises. Guess I got the one unit in a hundred with an issue. Not very happy as this is my first BeQuiet! product. I'd been excited to try their product out after hearing about their reputation for quality. I'll be sending it back and going with a Seasonic unit.

Dead...
Lasted all of 2 months and went bang... (scared me enough to make me jump!)Filled in the RMA on bequiet website and found out it'd cost £35 to send back to Germany for repair/replacement or buy a new one, so bought another PSU (but not the same one...)
