I bought this for my rental and the tenant, who is truthful and also wonderful, told me that while she had been using the other bathroom in the duplex, she now almost exclusively uses the shower where I installed this because of the luxurious spray. It also has a nice, modernist appearance.

Tub spout connection was missing. Then despite following instructions exactly as described there was leaking. Plumber thought the spout was too short. Contacted them and payment for extension is only through PayPal. Magically they were able to create a link for an extension on the website. We removed the tiles after and saw the leak was from the valve. Contacted them and no reply. Stay away from them. Looks good but very problematic when there’s missing parts and the main valve leaks but no support given.

Great item. It’s Delta what would you expect. Only downfall is you need to purchase in wall unit as well

For the brand and price tag, it shwbe much better, but it's not. Heavily stains even with (softner treated) water. Stain remains even after water fries. Practically no pressure like other showers. Design dampens all pressure and water flows like light rain. (I prefer pressure)
