Nowhere on the packaging does it say 3M. It does however work really well. We used it to clean our blue rhino flat top after it started rusting. It brought it back to brand new.

If you have a Flat Top or a Stainless Steel set of grates these are indispensable!! Better than the ones I used while working in a commercial kitchen!!
