A bit rickety

A sturdy tool box, well made and good value for the money paid.

The base section was broken upon arrival, and the tool box wasn’t suitable for our needs.Customer service was very good and it was returned and a refund provided without any argument.

Very pleased with tool box apart from draws not easy to open, need to be made smoother.

The media could not be loaded. Do not waste your money on this product! The toolbox is made of very thin tin and is nowhere near what was described. When I received it, the drawers wouldn’t even open. I contacted the company, and instead of offering a refund or a solution, they tried to get me to keep the faulty product at a discounted price. I refused—why should I pay for something that doesn’t work?This frustrating back-and-forth has been going on for two weeks now. Most recently, they had the nerve to tell me that since I had a “change of heart” about their product, I would need to pay a label printing fee to return it! Unbelievable.Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs. They sell poor-quality products and offer terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

L'ensemble semble assez fragile

La marque Stanley commercialisait des caisses identiques, ce qui m'a incité à acheter celle-ci. La caisse VidaXL semble un peu moins solide. Les tiroirs coulissant avec quelques légères réticences, un peu de lubrifiant au Teflon a résolu le problème. Le tube de la poignée d'un bon diamètre a une épaisseur assez faible, du coup il s'est légèrement cintré pendant le transport. A voir dans le temps et à l'usage si elle dure aussi 10 ans comme la Stanley.

Overall, the product review was helpful and accurate. Two things were noticed about this unit. The drawers are plastic and tend to "stick," so two hands are needed when pulling out the drawers. Also, when the handle is pulled up all the way, the unit feels unstable when rolling. We pulled the handle half way up, and this seemed to correct the problem.
