This pad is perfect for using on the reformer! It's weight and grip hold it in place for moves where you need to stay put. The pad also provides excellent cushion for people who have sensitive knees, etc. I love the fact that it comes in so many colors, too! I purchased gray to match my reformer padding.

I use this for several exercises on my pilates reformer to either prevent me from skidding or to cushion myself. It's especially helpful when doing side planks on the reformer when you're forearm is resting on the pad on the foot end of the reformer and your feet are on the headrests. It is very smelly and releases a bit of powder which caused me to knock it back by one star. It's a little gross!

If you have knee problems this product is perfect for pilates work. The thickish, shape and size are perfect. The one I ordered did not have a bad smell, as other reviews have mentioned. It is non skid, but as I said it is perfect for knee protection and easy to carry with you to class.

I almost want to give this a One Star but they (I bought 2) are nice in every way except for the smell!!! I am not an overly sensitive person when it comes to odors but these really do smell bad. Especially when you’re working close to them. I called the company and they said it’s because it is a rubber product. Other than that, they are very nice.

Smells strong and horrible like chemicals. Left it outside overnight and it did not dissipate at all - had to return it.

I bought these sponge pads to replace identical pads at my Pilates studio. The original pads lasted more than 15 years before disintegrating, and I expect the same for these!
