I first bought these back in April of this year. I loved them..they have zero sugar and are very bitter but creamy..perfect if you like really dark chocolate and want to add them to something a little sweet.However, I went to buy more and the price has SKYROCKETED! What the inflation?? I bought a 6 pack for $28 in April 2024. It is now August 2024 and they are now $70 for the same quantity..holy moly!!

🚨🚨 THESE ARE NOT SWEET 🚨🚨If you want BITTERSWEET DARK CHOCOLATE baking chips, Pascha has those, but these ain’t it.I’ve started snacking on unsweetened baking chocolate, as I find it helps with other junk food cravings. And these are pretty tasty! I honestly feel like the flavor is a bit nicer than the classic Baker’s unsweet chocolate bars in grocery stores.I also like that they’re chips instead of the baking chocolate bars you find in stores, as it makes it easier to eat a tiny bit at a time.Pascha, you might want to consider relabeling these as “100% Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Chips” instead of “Dark Chocolate Baking Chips,” to hopefully avoid some of the upset customers taken aback by the fact that they are unsweetened.

These are perfect to bake with or add to a nut mix. Love the flavor and no sugar. Excellent quality. I have tried every no sugar chocolate out there and this one has the best taste and texture.

update to my prior review:Nov 2024: I checked back to see if the price had come down.What a game they are playing with their pricing! Sure, they're "on sale" (not really) for $47.38 now with a splashy 33% off....but that's just hype 'cause they jacked the price even HIGHER first to an absurd $71.06 (for the same thing I had bought for $29.22) just to try to make you think you're getting a bargain at $47.38. If the price ever comes down to about $6./bag ($36 for the 6-pack) I'd buy again, but for now, I'm rationing what little I've got left.Prior review:I bought this 6-pack of 8.8 oz bags for under $30. in late March 2024.When I went to reorder in July (3-4 months later) it's now around $60. for the same thing.so sad! -- I used to recommended this wonderful product to so many people who want 100% cacao and the ability to control the amount of sweetener we add.But I won't be spending $10 per bag!If the price goes back down I'll happily make it 5 stars.P.S. My favorite easy treats are:chocolate fudge ice pops (coconut milk, melted chips, and agave to taste).I add spices like Mexican chocolate with chili for a bit of a kick... or cardamon, nutmeg, etc.I've added fresh chopped and pitted organic cherries before pouring into silicon forms.andavocado chocolate mousse (food network has a terrific recipe)This freezes well too, so you can pop out a single serving to defrost.

Eat them every day with organic peanut butter. A little pricey, but not much of a choice out there.

Not my favorite 100% chocolate, but still nice enough. My father is used to snacking on dark chocolate chips and we needed to get him off the sugar. These are the only 100% chips I found. Not bad, but nothing like Scharffenberger or Guittard. If you need chocolate chips to be 100%, I think this is your only option.

Great option for keto and low sugar diets. High quality and amazing to mix into homemade protein fluff ice cream

Great product but I won't be buying this again. Their price increase makes no sense. A pack of 6 was $29 dollars on April 12th, 2024 and is now $70.00.
