Terrible taste
I tried returning it seller said no cause it's food and couldn't return it I will never buy from this seller again terrible service

Lid not sealed
This is the second time this product has come opened. I used the first jar anyway after 3 weeks and got severe stomach issues for 10 days. This was the only new product I introduced to my diet. I stopped using but had ordered another before I got sick. I waited a couple weeks and thought I would try the Moca root powder again with the new jar. Well,this jar wasn't sealed either. I'm not sure if it's the Moca root powder that caused the stomach issues or something else. I'm a little concerned now that this jar is also unsealed. Just thought I would share my story just in case I'm not the only one . I'm really disappointed because I did have good benefits before my stomach issues.
