Good deal
Easy to assemble and our 3 year old has been riding it without train wheels for several weeks now and no issues. He loves it.

Best Kids First Real Bike
I love this little bike for my nephew who just turned 3 yrs old and is 40" tall. I went back and forth over the right size tire ie 12", 14" or 16". The sizing is so confusing with Schwinn as the child height overlaps on each size. I ended up buying the 14" even though Schwinn says the max child height for this bike is 40". I believe this to be incorrect as I had to put the seat in the lowest position for him to straddle the bike easily. It will be a while until he can use the hand break as his hands are too small to grab it. It is such a great feature, however, for when he's ready. The foot breaks work perfectly. The bike is so solid. I am very happy with this purchase.

Well made bike
What a beautifully sturdy bike we bought for our our three year old great grandson. He got right on it and rode it & had the most wonderful time. compared to some of the bikes we have looked at this was well made & easy to adjust the training wheels. . We are very happy that we went for a Schwinn. It’s quality and we are so happy we bought this bike.

Solid kids bike
Package arrived slightly damaged. I opened it and inspected, nothing appeared to damaged, so I assembled the bike. After completion and spinning the rear wheel I noticed the it was bent pretty bad. Instead of trying to return the whole bike I took it to my local bike shop and they said it was bent to far to fix. I called customer service and no questions asked they are sending out a new rear wheel and tire assembly. Overall solid bike and super easy to assemble. Great customer service!

perfect 1st bike
Bought this bike for my grandsons 3rd birthday in June. He first wanted his younger brothers bike more, maybe he preferred red or that it was closer to the ground. However my grandson is a little stunt guy. So within the 1st week he was driving it no problem. My son had no issues putting it together. It was perfect for my little guys height. My son says its sturdy and strong enough for tough liittle guys.

Hard to assemble
The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t include the necessary tools for assembly—best of luck with that. The rear wheel is stiff, and there are no instructions on how to loosen it. There’s no pump for inflation, and the wheels are solid, not air-filled.DONT BUY, but if you do, GOOD LUCK!Remember this should be a easy bike to use for a first time user…not even close, it would be hard for an adult.

Bad-ass bike for a kid
We bought this 14 inch bike for my 4.5 year old who is small for his age. I chose the 14 inch after measuring his inseam and looking at a guide for bike wheel size and height. He likes this bike because it’s a “big kid bike” (no cartoon characters). This is a badass bike for a little kid. At about $130, it was more than I wanted to pay, but 14inch is hard to find. Hubs had no complaints when putting it together.

Plastic Chain Guard Came Warped and Unusable
Great size for my 4 year old. Bike looks sturdy and great. Unfortunately we put it together and the plastic chain guard thing (that was pre-assembled) is warped, sticking out, and it is rubbing on the wheel. I’ve tried and tried and I can’t get it to get out of the way. Super annoying as I want the chain guard but we can’t ride it with it on. Bummer for a brand new bike. Probably need to exchange but that’s a hassle.
