If you like Golden lattes, healthier steel cut oats, healthier smoothies, you need to purchase this. It just brings a whole new flavor to boring oats and smoothies and is so good for the body. It contains turmeric , cinnamon, ginger and black pepper, which activates turmeric, and other spices. If you are health conscious then you already know what these listed ingredients do for muscle pain relief and for digestion. Every one is different, but I can testify to the fact that I do not get Charlie horses, (muscle cramps) since I started taking turmeric and using it in my favorite recipes. This is my opinion, ask your doctor if it would work for you.

Got this for a friend. It was a little difficult to dissolve all the way, but that could have been because of the other drink components too. The flavor was very good. Very rich and spicy. Earthy. She did say it eased her pain a tiny bit.

I knew that getting a powder mix would not come close to using fresh, but there are times when you can't make fresh, if you don't have a turmeric root or ginger root on hand. Even those of us who make a point of having it in the house can't always guarantee availability (and we only purchase organic.) I was very pleasantly surprised to find this powder nicely powerful, very sharp and a clean, clear accurate taste, close enough to when I make this with fresh roots -- something I didn't expect. Yes, I would buy this again, and I think it would be great for taking with you when you travel.

I’m trying to get heart healthy and lose weight. Turmeric was recommended for heart. It took away my morning stiffness and aching joints when walking. I have more energy and can breathe easier. And this is only day 2. I made it as a tea with hot water 1 teaspoon of the turmeric and some honey. I plan on having this tea every morning for breakfast! Great product. I’m telling my friends

I read the reviews before buying and it said if mixed with almond milk and honey, it tastes better. I wanted something healthier to try but this is way too spicy and peppery. I can’t say anything bad about the seller. Very quick delivery!!! That’s why I gave the 3 stars; for the seller.

Very tasty! If I'm low on milk, I'll use half boiling water and half cold milk. Comes out great!
