I bought one of these as a present for a friend. The first one had dents in it so I sent it back and asked for another one. The second one had more dents in it than the first so I gave up and requested a refund.

Just rating this product & one of the subjects is warmth... it's a bee house! :-)Anyway, I bought 2, they are hanging in the garden along with my other 7. They have had a lot of interest in them last weekend when the weather was lovely, warm & sunny. No usage yet but it's a little early. I fully expect them to be popular very soon.Just added a 2nd photo of the bee house a few months into it being hung. There is a lot of the tubes now filled in by bees & it's lovely to see.

After trying to find a previous version unsuccessfully, I decided to try this one. It is good quality but not 5 stars as I'm unsure if the outer metal casing might get too hot for the incubating bees. Also, I didn't use the chain and rubber ring connectors as these might perish and therefore fall from the shed that it is attached to. It could be used for hanging from a branch although this was not the site that I wanted to use.

Love this bee House. Hung up near our other bee house which has had residents for two years now.. and is full up this year. One tube has been inhabited so hopefully next year the bees will use this just as readily
