In the bottle, the smell is misleading as it smells like regular BBQ sauce. But! When brushed or mopped over "cooking" meat, you get a sweetly savory aroma that is so much better. And when done the flavor is... Incredible!

It has great flavor maybe a little too salty when used with the brisket injection they sell but I’d definitely use some again just need a little change to the recipe for the salt.
