Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce, 18 oz

I was glad to find a sauce made from mushrooms so I can cook my chiesse dishes it was a little salty but you can adjust the salt in your dish when using. Thickness was good and the taste was good too made my dish spectacular.

I bought this as a substitute for oyster sauce which I have never enjoyed. Something about the smell. But the Vegan Oyster Flavored Sauce does the work or traditional Oyster Sauce with the annoying odor. I'm not a vegan, so I can't speak to its special dietary values - only that it is very flavorful. Worth noting that it keeps well in the fridge, so I'm able to fully use the product over an extended period of time.

Using this upped my game with making stir fry combos.

VERY GOOD with some thickness to it (better than the "traditional" soy sauce)

This makes a delicious stir-fry!

Take my word for granted. Tastes good. Wish it could be a little cheaper.

I want to make my own Yakitori sauce, but unfortunately the recipe calls for oyster sauce which I can't eat, as I'm highly allergic to molluscs. Luckily the person doing the video mentioned this, and said that vegetarian stir fry sauce is the best substitute. I shall be 'saucing' up a storm now I know where I can buy it from.

I regularly go to Wagamama & i always love the stir fry vegetables i have it every time. Last time i asked what sauce they do them in and they were kind enough to tell me its this one. Since then my stir fry veggies are amazing :)

Used this sauce when cooking Chinese recipes. Specially being a vegetarian cant use the oyster sauce. Children loved veg chowmein when cooked with this sauce.

This is a really tasty sauce, but the bottles were broken when delivered. They were just loosely packed in very thin bubble wrap. Try as I might, there is no way of getting in touch with the seller either directly or through Amazon. Poor customer service all round. I would avoid until this is sorted.
