This bonnet hair dryer diffuser cap completely exceeded my expectations! I was in the market for a hairdryer to use for roller sets but didn’t want to spend $200 on a bulky floor dryer. I used to own a floor dryer years ago when they were much cheaper, but after it broke, I decided to give this portable option a try—and I’m so glad I did!It’s portable, easy to use, and works incredibly well. It dries fast and delivers results comparable to a floor dryer, but with the added convenience of sitting comfortably in bed and even watching TV (though I recommend turning on captions!). I used this for a dry roller set with mousse to add quick curls, and my hair turned out beautifully. The curls were smooth, bouncy, and exactly what I wanted.This dryer cap is also very comfortable to wear, with a built-in headband that reduces heat around the ears and neck, which is a thoughtful feature. Used with a Conair Infinity Pro 3Q handheld hairdryer, and Conair self-grip rollers on small head with fine, long hair. I did not try the largest roller size, although I think I could have used some of those with this, as the hood is very roomy. The hose attached well to the Conair with Velcro and elastic. I pulled the hood drawstring tight, above my ears. Turned the hair dryer on low and warm settings, for 20 minutes while I did makeup, etc. My hair was still damp; I figured out why:YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY THIS FOR FASTER DRYING -- Use the chin strap. Keep the drawstring loose enough so that air can blow out around the edges of the hood like a salon hairdryer. If the drawstring is tight against your head it is like blowing into a paper bag; there is nowhere for air and moisture to go, plus there is more resistance for your hairdryer's motor. Keeping it loose also leaves room for your hand to test when all your hair is dry enough. I used the hairdryer's cool setting for a brief time at the end.The results were fantastic, as a roller set always is. Before I got this, I tried twice to sleep on rollers, but had to take them out, wet hair and all, in order to sleep. Wearing them for hours during the day is not an option, nor is hand hairdryer blowing each roller (I tried that before, too). I love that with this I am not stuck sitting under a stationary hairdryer. Instead, I can continue to get ready and my hair is done when I am. It easily stores away with my hairdryer. Convenient, economical, well-made, compact to store, and fantastic!

This is great for what I need it to do. Easy set up, fast drying. It does hold the heat in so after a few minutes it feels really hot but its becuase of my very short hair, but perfect otherwise. And it travels easily.

Works great with my brand new wavy blow dryer. Gets really hot so next time I'll dry on low cool air& see how that works. The hose stays on the blow dryer well with no problems so far& the straps fit nicely under the chin to help keep the cap in place. Works just as well as a full sit under hair dryer & you didn't have to go to the salon! I used mine after my shower sitting right at my vanity. While my hair was drying I did my face. I love it and I recommend it, you can't go wrong and it's great if you have naturally curly hair like I do& it's a great price under $14

Just what I've been looking for! There's a trick to getting them over my jumbo Velcro rollers, but otherwise it works great. In the winter, it's so soothing to have that warm air blowing around my head, I hate to turn it off. Lol.

Love the concept for a hands free way to dry thick & curly hair that takes upto a hour to dry with a defuser (my arms get tired). It does get really hot on any setting above cool. It will help set curl product but my hair is still very wet after wearing it for up to 90min. It may work better for someone with less volume. It comes in a storage bag that makes it small and easy to store. The quality seems good- it just doesn't work well for me.

This bonnet hair dryer is amazing! The color the thickness, the weight the comfort and heat level all is perfect!

I have a lot of curly hair and I usually let it air dry. It takes at least 3 hours. This takes planning around my activities. With this, I am done in 20 minutes( not completely dry). It doesn’t blow my hair all around and make it messy. It adds a warm heat to my entire head so my hair stays in place and dries evenly. Oh and it doesn’t hurt my ears like the cap dryers I had when I was younger in the 60’s. I plan on taking it on a cruise next month because who wants to hang in the cabin until your hair dries? It fits in this little bag,so it doesn’t take up much room at all.
