Yes it's both sides. However, please note that all authentic flags are printed on 1 SIDE ONLY, with the colour penetrating at the BACK. Thus, it is visible on BOTH SIDES, but the backside is the MIRROR-IMAGE of the front. This is EXACTLY, how a flag is supposed to be, including all our flags. By making it "double-sided", it would not only nearly double the cost, but will also cause the design to clash front/back, which would not look nice! Hope this answers your question correctly? :-)

Yes, we do have a stainless steel base set for the same as well as the Indian Army flags, however, it is really unfortunate that Amazon, has removed most of our listings which had the Indian flag with another flag (such as political party, indian navy/army/airforce etc), simply because some anti-bjp group on Facebook wrongly made complaints against those products, by claiming that another flag cannot be displayed alongside the Indian flag, even though it is absolutely false. There is no such rule, but yet Amazon has blocked most of our listings which have an Indian flag along with another flag.
