If you don’t scrunch it, it’s just like regular hair spay. Will keep it straight.

Is this product for after using the hot tool/curler on straight hair?

You could use it afterwards I imagine. I use it after a shower. I'll spray it liberally on my hair and scrunch it up with my hands and let it dry.
