I have been using this product for about 6 months, with a short 5 week break. I took a break because I did not think it was working very well, but discovered that it was actually good for my health and weight control. Since I started taking this product again with one in the morning before breakfast, and one at bedtime, I have noticed a small loss of weight, which to me is a good thing! The quality is good and the price is right.

I am a firm believer in the power of probiotics, and Vitacost's 10-20 probiotic vegetarian capsules are some of the best I've tried. I used to get sick at least twice a year, and like REALLY sick with a fever, chills, the whole nine yards. I grew up in a bubble so my immune system is pretty crummy. Since starting to take Vitacost Probiotics once a day (two capsules a day), I have not gotten sick more than 2 days of the sniffles (and I knocked that out with a lot of water and a few Emergen-C) in the last two years. A pretty huge improvement on my prior track record if you ask me. Will continue to order these again and again to keep my health up.

I don’t have a clue. My wife thinks I need it. I don’t understand this stuff. Same size capsules some of them are 5 billion and some 59 billion. I’m guessing someone’s pulling my leg, or in this case filling my gut. It maybe just flower in there. I don’t know.
