I loved the stretch and the hooks are sturdy. The one I got was just faulty. One of the metal spines wasn’t fully sewn into the material and I didn’t think to size up one. But it seems like it would be perfect otherwise.

the manufacturer did not provide an appropriate expectation on fit. The photo Shows a good wrap on most of Torso. I'm returning because it's really off, unless one is 5 feet below then it will be ok.

it does what it’s supposed to, I personally don’t recommend buying it if you plan on wearing it for more than an hour. Leaves deep red marks all over your sides/back

These are super breathable unlike most waist trainers they are also super stretchy so it’s good to wear all day they do run a little small so size up (:
