2nd purchase of unblock techs
this is our 2nd purchase of the unblock tech, we got it mainly for our mom who visit us often in 2 different cities , instead of unplugging and take her existing tv box whenever she travel, its so much easier just to buy a second set, this versions UI is the same as before but due to better hardware , it runs very fast! also excellent customer service support on wechat!

Stopped working in under a month
It was working fine for about a month, but now it no longer boots up. It just hangs at the start of the Unblock Tech logo animation.

Great customer service
Got it today and set it up. Works good saw this product on amazon this time, and I used it. I think this TV box is the best product, Keyboard, super easy to use. I highly recommend this TV box sell supports via wechat.. Can watch more then thousand of channels with very good picture quality.

Easy setup and user friendly!
The size of the box is nice and small. Setup and installation is easy and simple. The interface is very user friendly and self-explanatory. I didn’t encounter any connection issues that were mentioned in the other comments. Overall this is a very good product to be used for home entertainment.

Very good service and easy to use too
I wanted to upgrade my old TV box because my old one had very low HD quality and oftentimes would not be able to access newer TVB dramas. Since I’ve upgraded to this generation, I can see way better performance when watching HD dramas and way better quality than before. It is also very easy to use, the seller was able to answer all my questions and inquiries. I will highly recommend this product and will be shopping with the seller again!
