Sport Rider SE2 Add On Kit: 2 Bike, Hitch Mount Rack, 2'', Bikes: 2

Needed to carry 3 bikes, but only had a 2-bike rack. Bought this to add-on to my old rack. It works well and can be easily removed when not needed. Downside is that this add-on is so expensive! I could probably have purchased a brand new 4-bike rack for about the same price as the add-on!

Bought this to go with my original Hollywood Sportrider 2 bicycle rack so I would have a 4 bike rack when needed. This is the same quality as the original rack and very heavy duty.It fit together just perfect with the original. I've used it several times as a 4 bike rack and it is the best bike rack out there! We wanted a rack that would be very stable, solidly made and carry our bikes in the normal upright position and be easy to load. We got all of these things with this rack system. The way the attachment to the vehicle receiver hitch is made the rack can be tightened to where there is no wobble in the rack even on rough terrain. Don't throw away your money on those so called "name brand" racks that you hang the bikes on and tie down with rubber straps on the rack. The straps break and it's a pain to load the bikes and to get them off. You look like you are baiting a hook with a wiggling worm and in the end you are not sure it's going to stay where you put it.Hollywood Racks have a unique hold down system that can actually be worked with just one hand. The rack can be folded up with just one simple lock pin and can be removed from the vehicle hitch just as easily. No more wrestling with loading or unloading bikes for me since I got this rack system!This is a real professional bike rack system.

my husband loves it...but he put it together not me. it holds all our weird size bikes. I"ve got a 1950 big frame too.

Perfect addition for my 2 bike rack. Fits my 2001 4 Runner flawlessly. Easy to use. Holds the bikes firmly all the way to Yosemite. No problem on the freeway. The only thing to look out for are dips in the road while crossing intersections...it will bottom out if no careful. No biggie. It does stick out far with 4 bikes as any rack would. Great product at a reasonable price.

This is the ultimate bike rack. I also purchased the add on for 2 more bikes. Your bikes will not get banged up like they do with traditional bike racks. You will love this rack!

The Hollywood Rack system has impressive design and function. The add-on kit came with wrong parts however Hollywood Customer Service promptly replaced them.

We've had a few years experience with the HR1450 two bike carrier which gave us full confidence in ordering the add on kit. The four bike unit had it's first 500 mile trip recently after making a few trial runs to local trails. The two rack sections and four bikes take about 15 minutes to load and secure. As I quickly learned , it's best to leave the frame hooks a bit loose at first . This allows the bike wheels to spin in the cradles so the pedals can be turned to bypass each other. Also the wheels may need to rotate slightly so that the anchor straps are not fouling the spokes.

Love it. Great rack. Easy to work will. I use it for long hauls.
