The media could not be loaded. They showed good and bad derma roller, and this comes in bad one. Dont use. This has 1 roller 9 sets of needles. And good roler disruption is that each needle set should role individually. I paid higher cost thinking it will be good one but sometimes high priced goods are actually not worth of it just cheating techniques.
