We used these on our shed and they are great! I painted them white they were a little off white and wanted them brighter.

Cheap, but does the job if this is your look.
The plastic is thin and quite flexible, but the shutters will install with minimal warping as long as you're careful to get the screws even. There are no bosses on the back, so it may take a little work to get them hung evenly. Do they look like cheap contractor-grade shutters? Yes. Because they are. I threw mine away because they looked small and cheap compared to the 1960 era shutters they were meant to replace. If your standards are low and you just need something to offset bare windows, go for it. They'll look fine.

Great looking shutters at an affordable price point.
Our house was pretty plain looking as it had no window accents at all. Adding these shutters really enhanced its curb appeal. You will have to drill your own holes into the shutters for mounting purposes, but that was super easy...putting up 8 shutters and drilling 48 holes into the brick/motar...that's another story. Still, got them all put up within a couple hours. Overall, very happy with the quality, appearance and price of these...would definitely recommend.
