We use this for the water treatment device in our house. The only concern is that it is ok after shipping. Our bulb came in a box that looked like it had been around the world a few times. When we put it in it came on with no problems.

Arrived fast. Well packaged. After installing it I was not sure if it came on. Even with all of the lights off in my basement, which is really dark, I could not see any indication that the bulb was lit. This bulb is so dim I had to take the end cap off to see if it was even lighting. I am not sure if it will work and there will be no way to tell if it burns out without removing the end cap and checking it every couple of months.

Ordered 2 UV bulbs for my UV water treatment unit. They are perfect..identical to the OEM bulb. Arrived well packaged to avoid breakage and arrived in only two days. Price is half what I've been paying locally. Such a deal!

Works and fits as advertised... For the money, you cant beat it. It came fast and works great!
