Olives Nicoises are small black olives gathered in the Alpes-Marimes and simply prepared in water and sea salt for 5-6 months. Especially recommended for Mediterranean dishes such as Salade Nicoise, baked fish, pissaladiere, pizzas and etc. Try them for a memorable gustatory experience.

Wonderful olives
Better then expected. I usually buy these from olive bar. But can't always get out. Packaged very well, arrived when buyer said they would. I buy them at least every 2 months. Try these. They are not pitted buy pit easy. If you like olive nicoises and can't get to an olive bar these are the answer.

Man, these are good olives! I was going to make a braised pork loin with these, but I could not wait, so I started eating them alone. Now I'm all out. Oh well, I can buy more I think.

Nicoises olives with their pits in - the proper French way - are difficult to find in the States. These are very good olives Nicoises, and highly recommended.

These olives are AMAZING!
I DETESTED olives, until I tried these. Now I am addicted and eat them straight out of the jar. They have a mellow flavor and delicious brine, which I plan to use to make a French dirty martini. Waste not, want not!

Delicious but very small.
The taste of these olives is great but they are very small--mostly pit. I bought them to use for Nicoise salad.

Love the olives
Love the olives! I just wish they came in bigger container as we've almost eaten them all. I'll just have order more in the future.
