I love these patches. I use them on my right thigh, right hip, and right knee where I have osteoarthritis in the hip and knee and long-standing spasming in my quads, hamstrings, IT bands and groin muscles. I put the long strips on my IT bands, the larger strips on my hamstrings and quads and the smaller strips on my groin area. I have had pain and spasming in all of these areas for over 15 years. I have taken muscle relaxants for years with little relief of the spasming and pain. To my surprise, I peppered these areas with the pads and within 24 hours the pain was gone. I was amazed. The pain has started to come back slowly and I will put more pads on to relieve the pain and spasming. I have ordered more pads to come so that I will be able to treat these areas again. Having these pads has been a miracle for me and a blessing. I am so pleased that I found them. Give them a try and you may find that you get the same miraculous results that I got. I find the value a little bit expensive for me because I am a Canadian and they are not available on amazon.ca so I had to order them from amazon.com and pay additional delivery charges and import fees as well as US Dollars. So I do find them a little expensive and I hope that Amazon.ca will eventually carry them and I will be able to order them via prime and not have to pay import fees and high delivery charges as well as the exchange on US Dollars. So Amazon.ca can you keep this in mind please and facilitate this request?

I've suffered several right sided shoulder injuries that constantly irritate me and become inflamed when lifting heavy. I have tried EVERYTHING, from chiropractic treatments to physical therapy and Grastoning and nothing has given me relief like this product has. To start I was a bit skeptical to think a small topical patch would give me any sort of relief, but after using this while golfing and exercising I am a believer. To begin the product is extremely well priced for how many patches you receive. Secondly, the adhesive is durable and water resistant. After applying and using through a round of golf, a workout and a shower there was still no sign of this product coming off. Lastly and the most important, THE PAIN RELIEF! Thank you for an amazing product staminapro!

Love the product, the company is not worth doing business with. Waited more then 5 weeks for the product and still have not received the product. Asking for a review even before the product is delivered. Finally, thank goodness I was able to find another product, that works just as well. The product works but dealing with the wait time is not worth it. With this product I am able to push out my back injections from every 2 months to 9 months. But with the new other product I am pushing on 4 months.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. We both love to work out, but we are in our 50's & get semi-regular aches & pains. He just recently had a shoulder ache, so the timing of the gift was perfect. As soon as he got the patches, he read the directions & put one on his shoulder area (tbh - I didn't read the directions, as I haven't used the patches for myself yet.) My husband said that the patch really worked & took the edge of the pain he was experiencing, but. . . . . .upon removing the patch, it left a sticky residue behind & irritated my husband's skin to the point of developing a slight rash. His skin was all red & itchy. He washed it immediately, but probably won't use any more patches. Really sad too, b/c they worked to reduce his pain level!

They do work great. But they are so expensive that I hate to use them.

I purchased these for my lower back pain, and they really do work! I wish there were more large pads. There are various sizes but I wish there were more for the lower back then for the shoulder or any little small spots. They say that it is extremely sticky, you wear it for 24 hours. I don't have any problem taking it off the back. It comes off very easy than I just take a shower and wash my back no real pain pulling it off, but the most important thing it works.

I use stamina pro patches often day somewhere as I have lots of aches and pain and I find them very useful for hours. It takes about 20 minutes or longer to notice but I call these my magic patches. I can't live without them now. Love love.

I can’t say enough about these patches. I have pretty severe pain in my hips and back and had some muscle pulls in my rib area. My pain was pretty bad. I put these on and they seemed to work very quickly and got better throughout the day. By the end of the day, this pain I have been struggling with for over a week was nearly gone. I was very skeptical at first that this would really do anything at all. Very grateful for the pain relief.
