These seeds were quite wonderful. I make granola on a regular basis and these seeds mix with my blend effortlessly and taste great. You can eat them right out of the bag but I prefer to roast them with oats, nuts and added sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I add a few spices and some dried orange peel and feel I have a wholesome snack. Mix them with yogurt for added protein. Good buy for the money and healthy. What more could I ask?

Nutritious, delicious, crunchy, subtle addition for cereal, salads, and sandwiches. I didn't read the description carefully and ended up getting twice as much as I thought, but if the package is left sealed, they keep very well in the freezer. Very reasonably priced too!
