I have been taking various brands of collagen for skin, hair, nails and knee joints for about four months now. This includes other GNC variations. After about six weeks, I noticed positive changes in my skin and major improvement in my nails. Accelerated my hair growth. Received it yesterday. Yes I know, crazy. Took 4 I'm only 29. I use to smoke cigarettes and yes they age you for sure. I use to take Royal jelly It does not work the same anymore. Royal jelly made my face plump and firm. Now this. I saw results right away I'm taking amla pills, fish oil too and drinking a ton of water, plus proper sleep is a must. Even tho it's been a day I know that this would definitely help. My face is starting to sag and I have lines in my forehead and large pores adding this I can see hydration and a little plumpness. I like it for sure!!!!
