Delicious!
This stuff is delicious! I just wish Amazon sold huckleberry ice cream. We had some huckleberry ice cream on a recent trip to Wyoming and just had to try the preserves.

Good stuff!
I missed huckleberry jelly since we no longer live where you can go pick wild berries. This is sooo good and brought back some great memories with the bonus of no purple fingers from picking the berries yourself. Good value and great quality.

Huckleberry!!!
Always check the ingredients. Huckleberry was listed first, YES! Full of Huckleberry flavor which is very tasty! I will order additional supplies when we finish this one! Highly recommend as described item with fast shipping!

Hard to find, but totally worth the effort
Great on biscuits, toast and pancakes. It's absolutely delicious, but just try finding it in your local store. It's an acquired taste and a old Southern jam for buttermilk biscuits or pancakes, especially buckwheat pancakes, Yes, there's really a thing called Buckwheat pancakes and is also an aquired taste. More people know about Huckleberry jam and don't mention anything about it. Please don't buy this because it's already difficult enough to find as it is, and the fewer people who buy this makes it easier for those of us who know how great Huckleberry jam truly is and bears love it too, seriously.

I couldn't taste huckleberries at all 😒
I read so many reviews on various huckleberry jam/preserves brands, that my expectations for this brand were pretty high. This morning I was excited to open this jar and taste it on my toast. A beautiful deep purple-black color, loaded with huckleberries. But Wow, what a disappointment. I tasted nothing but SWEET. Even removing a whole berry, it was just way too sweet and the flavor, blah. No, not even blah, no flavor, just sweet. I was expecting huckleberry taste like when I used to go 'up the river' on a mountainside of N. Idaho and pick wild huckleberries with my parents, grandparents and my sister. We never made jam or preserves, but ate them raw with a little milk poured over them and a tiny bit of sugar. The sweet and tart huckleberry was unique and delicious, not overpowered by the milk or sugar. Perhaps the other reviews had family who made jams and preserves and that's why they like this brand. The ingredients on the jar: Wild Huckleberries, Sugar, Sucrose (a sugar composed of glucose and fructose), water, fruit pectin, citric acid. I almost bought 2 jars, one to send to my sister...so glad I didn't. I will finish this jar, but won't purchase again.

Third Order
What better review than I give that this is my third order of the product.Huckleberry products are very rare outside of a very limited Montana/Wyoming area. This jar of preserves feels heavy and is packed with berries. Item one on the ingredient list is huckleberries, and the jar is full of them with enough pectin to hold them together. Overall an amazing product. Much better than I had even hoped.

Delicious!
I bought this for my husband and used it mostly for a PB&J and he said it was the best PB&J he ever had! Highly recommend!

It opened while in transit.
It leaked.. Not as tasty as Idaho or Montana jam.
