Great pan!
This is my first try of a plain stainless steel pan. I’ve always used cast iron or non-stick in the past. I am really pleased I have made the change. It is lighter than cast iron and will last a lot longer than non-stick (the coating always comes off eventually). I was worried about food sticking, but I needn’t have been. So far I’ve pan-fried chicken breasts in a sticky sauce, made a bolognese and a stir fry and they’ve all turned out well. There is even and consistent heat distribution when cooking at high or low temperatures. It’s a really useful feature that the pan handle doesn’t get hot. It has cleaned easily by hand every time (it is dishwasher safe too). I would thoroughly recommend it. It’s a good size. Used to cook for a family of four. No complaints. Great value for money compared to other brands. Arrived the next day.

Great pan that's served me well for 3 years and counting.
My main pan for more than three years now, used almost every day and still going as strong as the day I got it. I will break out the cast iron when I have a giant steak to sear, sure. I will also break out a teflon non-stick for when I'm cooking eggs or delicate fish and I will break out my carbon steel wok for when I'm cooking stir fries. For pretty much everything else though, this pan is my go-to weeknight meal driver and has been for years. Learning to not be afraid to cook with stainless steel (yes, proteins will stick but you can work around that and it's actually good as that's what produces the flavourful fond!) is one of the most liberating things you can do in the kitchen and I've never looked back since purchasing this. I feel I should also note that I personally don't have the same experience as those who complain about the handle, I think it's perfectly fine.

Useless
In common with many cheap stainless steel Chinese pans this pan looks good but domes in the centre of the pan so when shallow frying it’s useless as there is no oil the centre about 3 inches the hottest part of cooking surface. The temperature is not evenly distributed across the cooking surface with a huge difference between the hottest and coolest areas. However it’s ok for deeper dishes such as ragouts.

Great quality pan
The handle is a bit thin but tbh it didn't make any difference for me. Feels high quality and has done a great job.

Highly Recommended
High quality stainless steel, great cooking results on the hob and really easy to clean.

Lovely well made piece of kit but the thin long handle is poorly designed
This is a good looking and well made pan that is a great addition to the kitchen. I am however, knocking a point off because of narrow handle (which has been mentioned in other reviews). The pan is good quality so quite heavy, because the long handle is so thin with hard edges its not even comfortable to hold by the handle when the pan is empty, let alone full. This isn't a problem when you have the pan on the hob, it works just fine for moving around slightly on the hob and you can use both the long and support handles to lift it off the cooker if you want to transfer the pan. The problem with the design of the long handle becomes apparent when you want to put it in the oven. I've got a normal sized cooker and the length of the pan from end to end does not fit the width of my oven. This means I can't put the pan in the oven lengthways to give me access to both handles for lifting in and out, it only fits in the oven with the support handle facing inwards. Lifting this pan, full and piping hot, out of the oven by use of just the long handle is something I have done but not something I'm inclined to try again. A shame as I wanted this pan for both hob and oven use. I don't regret the purchase as it is a good pan, I just wish they'd rethink the awful handle.

Great pan, dreadful handle.
A beautiful looking pan, ruined by a bad handle design. The handle is a single, narrow strip of steel, difficult to hold firmly and it dug into my palm as I tried to hold it. Sadly, as soon as I lifted it out of the box, I knew it would be going back. 3 stars because it is onviously a well made pan, and others may not find the handle design a problem
