I’ve enjoyed all the Burt’s Bees products I’ve tried, so I decided to give their calming eye cream a shot. The formula is lightweight and liquid, making it easy to apply to the skin under and around the eyes. It feels soothing and provides noticeable relief. However, the pump mechanism is a bit inconvenient. You only need a tiny amount of the product, but it’s challenging to dispense just a small drop. Other than that, it’s a great addition to my skincare routine.

I've got terrible allergies, and my eyes give me a fit every time the grass seeds, the grass is cut, or something blooms. Then when it comes to winter, they are dry and itchy. This product has given my eyes more relief than any eye drop I've used! It's got an instant softening and soothing sensation that feels amazing! I'm a guy by the way! A guy that was searching high and low for a product to give ANY relief from the year around eye irritation! A lot of my issues are medication related on top of the allergies, so I'm in constant misery! There's something about eye problems that will just ruin a perfectly good day! Those that know the feeling understand that comment I'm sure! If it does, give this a try! It doesn't disappoint! Sounds like I'm being paid to write this at this point doesn't it! I wish! My optometrist recommended eye cream to me. I tried this brand and find that it soothes and moisturizes the area around my eyes so they are less irritated. The bottle is small, and seems pricy, but it only takes a small dab on the tip of one's finger for each eye. I will continue to use it especially before bedtime and in combination with dry eye drops. My eyes are no longer as irritated and uncomfortably dry in the morning.

NOT a cream. This is a lotion. I was expecting a cream and I am disappointed. The consistency is too runny and wet. I will not be buying this again.

My go-to standard for eye area! Not a super great fan of the packaging, though, as I feel there is waste at the end of the package that I can’t get to.

This product was received as advertised. Unfortunately for me, my skin is super sensitive due to chronic dry skin and this product still burned it. This product is very thin, smells very sweet and milky, and provides a fair bit of moisture. The product for someone without a super sensitive skin condition would be perfect -- the quality is great for what it is intended for. The size of the bottle feels small, but with the amount you actually apply (which is a super tiny amount!!) barely feels like it uses any. Overall, good value for the cost, decent product for the masses.

I ordered this eye cream directly from amazon (no third party seller) after ordering it in the past (many times) and loving it. In fact I've been ordering it for years. This time I applied a small amount to my cheeks with the intention of rubbing it up to the under-eye area and all I have to say is thank goodness I started lower down on my face and did not apply directly to my under-eye area because right away I noticed a strong foul cheesy odor like the lotion had gone rancid (usually it is scent-free) and then almost immediately my cheeks felt like they were on fire like I was getting a chemical burn. I have had allergic reactions to various products in the past but they usually take a few minutes for a reaction to start... THIS was very different. It felt like applying alcohol to an open wound, the pain was instantaneous. I immediately washed the lotion off my face with cool water and lots of soap but when I looked in the mirror I had two bright red burns on my cheeks in the exact place where I had applied the lotion. It was like two red dash marks- the burning happened so fast I didn't even have an opportunity to rub the lotion into my skin and I am so grateful I didn't because if I had put this stuff anywhere near my eyes I might have had much more serious problems. Very upset both about how my face looks, and the fact that I have been buying this product for years and nothing like this has ever happened to me before-EVER! I reached out to Burt's Bees but have not heard back from them yet. I guess I'll have to look for a new eye and face lotion brand now... Very frustrating.

I’ve been using Burt’s Bees for many years and I don’t know if it’s supply chain issues or what but it’s very erratic when it comes to finding their various products. I was getting other things from Amazon and I decided to give the moisturizer a try. I was surprised that Amazon had it and not only that but the moisturizer was even cheaper thru them! It’s a win-win! Even though the BB moisturizer is a little higher to begin with, I know it’s a quality product and gentle on the skin.
