Are Haribos suitable for vegans

What does it get delivered in? As it's a gift and i don't want them to see

It got delivered in a massive cardboard box so no one will be able to see through it.

Are these the mini sweets or normal size? I need to know as there are for a 2 year old

They are mini bags with the normal Haribo sweets in. I am not sure if they are suitable for 2 year olds though as they are smallish and pretty chewy. Maybe you would be better with some softer sweets?
