Copy Cat

I absolutely loved this book, and so have the various neices, nephews and friends' children for whom I have bought it. In a market flooded by so many of the same kind of book (let's face it, there are a lot of books out there and trying to differentiate one from another is hard) this feels subtley different. The artwork is beautiful and the story is lovely. I will definitely be buying this a few more times yet...

I consider this a "copy cat" version of a much more charming and original book by Mark Birchall (check it here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Copy-Cat-Childs-Play-Library/dp/1846433673/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1470749422&sr=8-3&keywords=copy+cat), published in 2010. The original book is recommended wholeheartedly. Don't go for the copy cat version... The original book is much better and recommended wholeheartedly.

This book I first read to my granddaughter in New Zealand when we borrowed it from the library! It’s a favourite! We have now bought it for her because she loves it so much!❤️❤️❤️❤️
