Hat arrived on time. Is a good quality hat, with one caveat. The hat is on the big side and for a small adult head there was little room left to adjust the Velcro. Beside that one issue it was well embroidered hat.Side note USPS is as they always are, they shove packages bigger than the mail box into the mailbox and the hat was bigger than my mailbox, took a while to straighten it out and remove the creases and warping.

The material on the bill is wrinkled up and it's very noticeable when its worn. Very unsatisfied with this hat!!!

Great Blackhorse cap! It arrived by postal mail in a plastic bag crushed; however, I was able to bring it back to life. I wear it proudly on special occasions, it is a good quality, time will tell and has a good shape to it. The cap bill is shaped, panels (6ea), button, and an adjustable strap/closure; all seem to be in good order; after my reshaping of the crown panels. I do recommend this product to all. Thanks for a good product. I have purchased a couple of caps online that did not represent the military nor the pride of the uniform or Armed Forces representation. MADE IN CHINA. I thought the company was owned by a vet it would be American made but its not. Really wish country of origin was in all AMAZON listings.

I was in the 709th MP battalion and was attached to the 1/11th ACR in Fulda, Germany. I appreciated the 1/11th ACR and got the hat, principally because the graphics were really good. Within two days, two other veterans stopped and engaged me in conversations about their units. The only thing that I noticed about the hat was the patch was out of proportion. It was to tall and thin. However, it is well made, and it is an attention getter. Nice hat!
