Replaces the stock assembly perfectly. truly just plug and play. also has what appears to be a great gasket. The cargo lights are NOT included; it is in the description as such too. Do NOT go cheap when you get LED bulbs for cargo lights as you can see them in the daylight. There is no frosted or thick coating on the lens to keep you from seeing them. Looks great; as someone who wants to keep the stock appearance, this is a little 'aftermarket', but the LED panel used has kept me from having a lot of issues with the turn signal/brake/running lights.The only reason not a 5 star rating is due to the brightness of the panel overall, it's comparable to the stock light (100 ish lumens), however I thought that it would be a more intense light. Not a product issue; just a me issue. Cargo lights currently 750 lumen per bulb, so it does drown out the panel a bit... I'll post photos shortly.

I have a 2005 F150 with an extended cab. The plastic cover broke and wound up in the truck bed. The lights are working just fine.I went to the local Ford dealer hoping to just be able to replace the plastic cover, but they wanted $112 for the entire assembly.So, I bought this OEM assembly. While the estimated shipping was listed for over a week, it came in just a few days.This light assembly seems to fit better than the original. My truck is dark blue, and this light looks great.There are just two screws and then the separate light harness. You do use the existing harness and lights.The only step that needed some extra effort was for the brake light. The brake light plug needed to be “shaved” down a bit in order to fit into the light harness. After a few tries, it fit.Thank you to all who posted reviews, they were very helpful, especially with the pictures.

It was an easy install, works great but the lens is not smoked as stated, it is a clear lens that stands out in contrast on my black truck. All my other lights are smoked and look great but this light easily stands out.

So Plug & Play I haven't noticed any water leak or any fadness with it I did have a little trouble with the middle connector because it's a lot bigger than what the regular bulb light is the is the fit into the hole holder so I had to use like a graphite-based sealant to push it in, but after I got that done it works perfectly I do notice that I don't know if the if the red light is supposed to stay on all the time but I do notice I have a bit of the light still stays on so I don't know if that is what it's supposed to do or if that's because I don't have it pushed in all the way I'm not a hundred percent sure. Anybody looking to get smoked LED third brake light for their truck or SUV this one I recommend a 100%.

Arrived sooner than expected. Removed old light unit and when trying to plug the new brake male connector into the existing brake/power female connector it was too tight. So grabbed my channel lock pliers and GENTLY squeezed the two together. Installed two new cargo light bulbs #921s and everything worked perfect. I installed new unit as others here did with a hand held phillips screw driver until tight, then 1/4 turn. Also put some silicone beneath the screw heads. Looks great but the test will be the next rain storm.Update, Forgot to mention that the old light had been leaking so that's why I bought this light. Ford wants about $150 just to replace the gasket so this is a bargain if you are handy at all. Heavy rain today, no leaks....

Literally plug n play on my 2007 f 150. Took less than 5 minutes to install with a Phillips head screwdriver looks good on truck . don't over-tighten the screws. it has not rained so I cannot vouch for the seal yet. so far though great product for the money

The fit was good and install OK. But the weather stripping around the mount screws started to let moisture into the light. I caught it early though and sealed it up with some clear RTV under the screw heads. I like the LED Stop lights. They are very bright and will not generate nearly as much heat which is why the original light had to be replaced. Extended time on the brakes made the original stop and cargo area light lens melt and crack. Could have very well been due to just the cargo lights being solid ON .... for who knows how long by the original owner of the truck. This one should be much better and is much cleaner looking.
