Replacement charger does what it's supposed to do
This is a review for the replacement charger. It is not a review for the jitterbug flip phone. Needed a new charger, as I mistakenly threw out the original that came with the phone (my bad). The replacement was delivered promptly and came in appropriate packaging. Fits the jitterbug phone perfectly and the phone charged right up. Probably could have saved a few bucks in a store, but shopping during COVID is not my thing, so was glad to be able to take care of this online.

Works great
This actually works better than original in my estimation in that the device powers up in less time (I've mot timed it but experience seems to support this). A bit pricey but if you need it get it.

Sent wrong charger, doesn't fit the phone.
Thanks for NOT letting me return a charger that does not fit the phone. I thought Amazon was so easy to do so, and then you close the window of time shortly before we have a chance to use it and find out it doesn't fit.

Phone for Mom but, it requires too much
For elderly people Jitterbug should not have all commands require you to respond Yes or No before you can do anything. If a person has trouble with technology they don't want to spend ample time pressing buttons over and over and over.
