I can sleep
I have started to use Aswahganda powder a week ago. I took 1 tps a day mixed with organic, unsweetened almond drink. I can't say it is tasty, as it is a bit bitter, but I really do not mind, as the last couple month I always woke up very early morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Since I have taken the Aswahganda powder my seep has improoved a lot. I woke up once at night but I am able to go back to sleep and do not wake up earlier than 7 am. That is an amazing result. I have been really exhausted before. The pack arrived in time, nicely packed. It can be closed back. I don't think anyone can do anything about the taste. I have tried it in capsules, but i didn't notice any change with them.

I add this to smoothies which disguised the taste. Persevering. Three weeks in I am getting off to sleep better.

Not really sure about it
3rd time ordering and each time the taste has been different. I'm not sure if its down to how you store it or if its down to quality.

Better than capsules. Mix in camomile tea & sweeten with glycine
Capsules never did anything worth mentioning but this whole powder is wonderful. A teaspoon 3g in camomile tea and a little glycine to sweeten and the 3 work Synergistically and taste ok too.
