I used this to service the AC systems on vintage cars. Originally I bought it to use one time on my vintage mustang but it worked so well I kept using it on other cars. I’ve now used it 4-5 times and each time it provided great suction and worked fine. My only concerns are that the pump runs a little hot and the suction pump oil needs to be changed often. In fact I have been changing the oil in it before every use. I’m not sure how long it will last but for the price if I get a few uses from it it’ll pay for itself.

seems to work properly for my application. remember to fill up the oil with the included bottle until the oil level gauge on front reads full, an auto oil funnel works well for this. keep it oiled so it doesnt overheat as easily. only thing id like to see is a better rubber hose maybe, the suction can sometimes be strong enough the hose gets sucked flat. maybe reinforceing so it stays open during use.

Runs pretty well. I can only get about -25 mmHg on avg. Without wrapping threads with teflon tape.The oil steam ventilation cap broke off from threads and I don't know where to get a new one.

It didn't work and was past the 30 day return but I was able to fix the issue.

Absolute crap…low side claml wouldnt even clamp down on low side of ac in my truck. Yes…i tried more than once…moved the release up and down while pushing down to get it to go down. The tolerances were so bad on that adapter it wouldnt even go all the way down.Also it says r134a on the hoses…but they are some strange diameter that is neither r134a nor is it r12.My cousin has both an r12 gauge set and a r 134a set and his hoses are all different sizes than these.Dont buy
