Helix Oxford Curve Ballpoint Pens (x10 Pack Black Ink) with Plastic Free Packaging

The Helix Oxford Colour Gel set came well packaged with no unnecessary plastic in the packaging. The tips are very fine. The ink flow is good. Several of the pens have a scratchy feel when writing. This makes a noise and becomes off putting. They are super light weight at around 6 grams each. Nice sturdy click top. No worries about losing the top. The colours do seem fainter than the pen body. Nice array of colours. Not all the pens appeared to be straight and the nib on one pen bent very quickly under normal writing. Overall a pretty average gel pen set. They are still good value for money, as they are pretty inexpensive. I have had better and I have had worse. It is doubtful I woudl buy this set again.

As a way of keeping occupied I have started making my own greetings cards, and wanted something a bit more adult than crayons for fancy writing and decoration. I tried them out and found them easy to hold, resulting in neater handwriting. A nice tip on the pen -not messy on the paperI really like the colours too, and think they will stand out on the coloured cards. I thought they were good value for money. The only thing I can not really comment on is the longevity because I have only just received them, but I really dont anticipate any problems.

Really disappointed brought these for a project and they bleed underneath the other page also the cap doesnt screw back on properly certainly wouldnt recommend

Lovely colours that produce a nice fine line. They're not metallic, so they don't show up on black paper.

Waste of money..two pens are not working.and when you remove the cap you will find that the pen is loose ..very very disappointed don't buy..it's better to buy from Poundland

I like the size of the nib and initially loved the way the pens wrote. After opening the red it had leaked all in the cap and ruined 2 cushions , and the first page of my new diary. I threw it away and now it's happened to the black pen as well. I won't be purchasing these pens again , which is a shame.

I have used these a couple of times and they seem to unwind from the plastic pen when I'm using it. I have also noticed that if they're in a pencil case and have been shook around a bit you get quite a lot of ink residue at the top of the pen so may be worthwhile wiping this off before writing. Overall can't grumble for the price and nice to write with.

I always prefer to write using gel pens as they are so smooth flowing, and I also like to use different colours where possible instead of the typical black and blue. This pack has a good assortment of colours and are pleasant to write with. Great buy for a pack if 10.
