No, they are different, the premium targets hydration and this one targets collagen (anti-aging).

Could i use this as a toner on a cotton pad at night ? Follow up with my usual estee lauder serum and nighht cream ??? Any helpers

I use it as a toner. I love it. I would use it after the serum and before the cream. I use my fingers to apply it, a cotton pad would waste too much product IMO.
