Nice and gentle on the hair and scalp. Cleanses well without leaving it feeling too dry. Certainly didn't irritate my scalp. Very pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone requiring an effective yet gentle shampoo.

I've had a flaky, irritated scalp forever, but a few months ago also developed an itchy crown that nothing would get rid of. Every shampoo irritated my scalp, but as I also have very fine, coloured hair, treatment shampoos often weighed it down.I already used the MooGoo body wash (which is also great) and the shampoo is amazing! Smells like vanilla cupcakes, lathers beautifully, unlike some other "natural" shampoos, so it leaves hair feeling really clean. It soothed my itchy scalp immediately and reduced flakes.I would say you need a good conditioner, particularly if your hair is dry and/or coloured as it did leave my hair feeling dry and tangled immediately after shampooing. However after conditioner it is silky soft and has lots of body. This shampoo doesn't weigh down fine hair at all.The bottle is also an excellent size for the money and will last me a long time. I think this will be my go-to shampoo from now on!

Love this shampoo, has no nasties ! Take a bit of getting used to to begin as you don’t get a big lather up, but it’s sulphate free and natural ingredients.

This shampoo is excellent for my sensitive scalp and fragile hair. It smells pleasant and the pump dispenser is really good.

I bought the Moo Goo shampoo and the conditioner to try and help my sensitive/psoriasis laden nogen, I’ve tried sooo many products and HATE using steroids so have tried everything I can. The scent was a little strange at first, very milky 😂 I mean I know that should’ve been obvious but hey, like vanilla yoghurt on your hair, but not sour thankfully!The first thing I noticed with the shampoo was how moisturising it felt, which I love as usually my hair feels tangled after shampooing and I need a vat of condish to get rid of tangles (I have naturally very curly hair) but I could run my fingers straight through, I also always use a shampoo brush to help remove excess skin/product away which I always recommend to anyone who has psoriasis on the scalp.The conditioner is amazing too, I usually need a pretty heavy duty conditioner, but this is quite light and still made my hair super soft and well moisturised. Overall I love Moo Goo, and will definitely be purchasing again! Left my hair feeling super clean, soft and manageable, and I’ve definitely noticed my scalp isn’t as angry, this product is certainly soothing and I would actually say healing for my scalp, whilst not being packed with nasties, and being safe for my colour treated hair, so as long as you don’t mind the scent of full fat milk/vanilla yogurt then you’re all good! Highly recommended. ✨

The first couple of washes this was great and we loved it, however it has left us with our hair falling out in clumps, matts of hair because it is knotting so badly now and hair is dry and miserable.I have since discovered many reviews stating the same and I am devastated.Don't buy this. It will ruin your hair.

A nice enough gentle shampoo to use but not as effective as hoped

Don't be put off by the 'for itchy scalps' thing - it's for all hair types and leaves your hair clean AND smooth. It has a nice texture, easy to get through your hair and lathers well (not always the case with natural products). Big bottle, good value. Inspired to try a MooGoo conditioner now
