I bought this for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. The graphics are good, there are a LOT of games on it, even different versions of games based on console (Nintendo 64 vs Genesis, etc).It brings a cool retro fun feeling and It has been fun playing games we haven’t even thought of in years (decades). Even our 11 year old nephew who is used to modern games and PlayStation/Xbox thinks it is cool.The user guide helps to customize and the customer service/shipping was great. You can tell they really care about delivering quality.It was an awesome addition to the basement game room/man cave. Would highly recommend

I ordered it fir a Christmas present. It was dead on arrival. Called and they said they would send out a new game cartridge. Waited a week and nothing. Called back and was told they did not ship another one, but would now. Same thing with the stools. One of the boxes did not contain all the parts, called and was told they would ship another. Waited 3 weeks and nothing. Called back and was told they would ship one right away. Appears to be a small operation with little to no quality control. Was told they had several game systems arrive dead on arrival possibly due to a new component provider. So obviously a known issue put apparently no desire to correct.

Received the shipment well wrapped. Nice arcade high quality. My husband cannot stop playing his favorite high school game Donkey Kong!

WE purchased this for a game room for one of our Camps. We are so excited to be able to offer kids of all ages something to do when the weather is not good!

Three part review.First of all, I wish I could give it a five star .I’m very pleased with the company, I called a couple times for different questions before I purchased, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The arcade that I purchased is 412 games with track ball . Delivery was quick, and Professional.Second part, quality of construction, material, and stools. The construction of the cabinet. Wheels to roll cabinet around, adjustable feet underneath to make it permanent, controls inside for adjustments ,Monitor screen . Very good quality. Ergonomics of controllers is awkward. Trackball does not work as well as I hoped sometimes a mind of its own. Not sure if there’s an adjustment. Graphics look good. Quality of stools are fine.Third part is the games.All of the major games the popular ones. It seem to be great. The problem is some of the games are not labeled correctly. For example Pac-Man and Pac-Man. Seem to be reversed. Because Pac-Man the audio is very poor and the characters don’t look right. But Pucman which is one game away from each other on the menu. Looks to be as authentic as the original Pac-Man. Great sound great video and quality. Having 412 games a lot of them I have never even heard of. So I’m just sure it’s a menu glitch. Centipede is a lot of fun, trackball does not always work correctly. Overall I would say the quality is actually very good. Tons of great games . Overall for the money I don’t see how you can beat it.
