I saw a video in Youtube where this Doctor recomends using this oil with blackseed oil to fight sores in the mouth...I have been fighting Candida for a while in the mouth and every where since I wear dentures I get lots of sores in my mouth but since I started using this oil in my mouth to go to sleep I hardly get any of course I helped it by cutting back must sugars and eating much healthier..I pinch a capsule squeeze it on my gums and tongue and it goes away in no time.

I've been using this product to keep my seborrheic dermatitis in check and it definitely has. However, I've noticed that you need to drink loads of water with this product or your pee will have a certain smell.

I thought these were pure MCT oil, however, they contain glycerin which I cannot digest. I tried them awhile back and I noticed I was having bloating issues as well as nausea, which I just chalked up to a detox reaction. However, I did quit taking them for quite some time. Just recently read that MCT (C8 and C10) oil was supposed to help your digestion, so I started taking them again but only half the oil (removed half through a pin hole). It seemed to help initially and then boom, even more sick after a short time. Very disappointed in the supplement and myself for not reading the ingredients more closely. Probably good stuff for most people, but if you are sensitive to glycerin, bad news. Don't understand why you cannot make these without additives unless they just dissolve the gel cap without some kind of dilution.

This product I use for my son who is on psychotropic drug for his mental deficit..the drug causes him to gain lot of weight 1 yr ago I start adding MCT oil to his regimen his wt came off and no side effect with his medication..now my niece is using daily to shed wt. my son was waist 38 now 36 and with room.

There is no flavor - easy to swallow - value for money. Keeps my sugar craving down.

So far so good! It helps me to have a better digestion! I take them with the breakfast, with the food, it has being working better for me! With a lot of water.
